The Flim-Flam Man shows what’s important
I am ticked off at Obama. He’s out there rattling around trying to sell his snake oil, when he *should* be doing his freaking job. He’s still a senator first, presidential wannabe second.
The Flim-Flam Man doesn’t see it that way, though. He whined all day that what Americans want is to see the candidates propose their solutions and talk some more. I think that shows he’s out of touch, at least with THIS American.
This American wants to see both McCain and Obama get their asses to Washington and roll up their sleeves. And that’s precisely what McCain has vowed to do. They both need to earn their salaries and work.
This is exactly the same thing BO did when he was a state senator in my home state. Nothing.
Update: Michelle Malkin asks: “Do you have a sick feeling in your stomach?” regarding reports that President Bush has summonned BO to Washington.
Yes I do, because it’s just more hot air. But I’m amused that he really had no way to decline the invite, and now he’s going to miss a campaign stop.
